New Addition
We are pleased to announce that Beatriz Latimer has joined Southern Insurance Agency, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant at the Kitty Hawk Branch. Beatriz was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and recently moved to Kitty Hawk. She has worked in customer service and sales for the last 4 years and also has served as a tutor to elementary and high school students. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and speaks fluent Spanish. Welcome aboard Beatriz!!
Southern Insurance Agent Wins Regional Award!
Brenda Webster, CIC, AAI, CISR, CPIW, (2nd from left above) of Southern Insurance Agency, Inc. was recently awarded the “Region II Insurance Professional of the Year Award for 2012” by the North Carolina Association of Insurance Professionals (NCAIP). Ms. Webster has been a member of the Association since 1989 and has served terms as both NCAIP Secretary and President and she will continue to serve the association as Treasurer for 2012-13. She is also a member of the Wilmington Insurance Professionals. Brenda will be attending the International Association of Insurance Women Convention in June to compete on the National level. Congratulations Brenda!!
